  • Executive Coaching: we coach executives using traditional executive coaching practices and also leadership training for specific areas that they need skills in i.e. communication, speaking and presenting, strategy and vision.

Founder:

Mike Hardie is an Executive & Organisational Coach (IECL), Leadership Trainer and Keynote Speaker that helps organisations and business owners build leaders worth following and culture worth reproducing.

Mike has been coaching leaders and training teams through workshops and team offsites for the last 7 years across many different industries (Law, Accounting, Engineering, Real Estate, Insurance, NFP’s, Manufacturing, Health & Education. He has also continued to lead organisations for many years in the NFP space out of a passion to make a difference. He has board and director experience.

Team: we have a team of coaches and consultants that can deliver our programs where more than one coach is required. We also have an international network of consultants we work with for larger organisations who require support for international teams.
